Shipping & Refunds

All products in the Islanders Sledge Hockey shop are created by "print on demand" vendors, located mainly in the U.S. and U.K.  As such, orders with multiple products may be processed and shipped separately, from different locations - arriving at different times.   

Products typically ship 2-7 business days after ordering, depending on the time of day it's received and the cutoff times for that particular vendor (holidays and busy seasons can result in delays too).  If your order hasn't been updated or shipped after 7 business days, please let us know and we will investigate further. 

All sales are final, with the exception of damaged or incorrect orders, which will be replaced (photographic evidence is required).  Please read the product descriptions and sizing charts carefully, as orders that are processed correctly are NOT eligible for replacement!  In the event that a replacement isn't possible, a refund will be issued.

Some of the shirts are printed via DTG methods and may have a slight odour:  This is due to the pre-treatment and curing process that they go through in production. This is totally normal and will disappear after a wash.
